Our usual method of business would be to contact you to confirm that you are happy with the quotation provided. 

Provided you would like to proceed we would then pass your details onto an assessor, local in your area.  An email will then be sent out to the appropriate party confirming the assessors details and invoice for our service.

The assessor will contact you within a 24 hour period of us passing the information on; so a suitable date/time can be arranged for the assessment to take place.

Payment must be received once the assessor has made contact and arranged a convenient booking date. Failure to cancel or re-book an appointment would result in a £25.00 charge. This would be for covering the cost of the assessors wasted time and fuel.

Payment is taken via BACs or online banking. Our account details are shown on the invoice supplied.

We will have the EPC report ready within 48 hours of the assessment being completed. However the report will not be released until payment has cleared.

As we are a green company all information will be sent out via email. If for any reason it is requested that the EPC/HIP is to be posted there will be an additional fee of £10.00 to cover administration costs and secure delivery.
